Welcome to Husker Floors! By accessing or using our services, website, or engaging in a contract with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
Husker Floors provides flooring installation, maintenance, and repair services in Omaha, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Pricing and Payments
2.1 Quotes and Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates and subject to adjustment based on materials, labor, or additional services required. Any changes in the scope of work will be communicated, and an updated estimate will be provided.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payments for services are due according to the agreed payment schedule. A 50% deposit required prior to starting work. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur a penalty of 10% per month. Husker Floors reserves the right to stop work if payments are not made on time.
3. Scheduling and Project Timelines
3.1 Scheduling: Husker Floors will provide a tentative schedule for the completion of work. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or client changes, may impact the timeline. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
3.2 Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 7 day notice to cancel or reschedule services. Cancellations without proper notice will forfeit their deposit.
4. Warranties and Liability
4.1 Materials Warranty: Husker Floors will honor any manufacturer’s warranty on materials. Clients must follow proper maintenance and care instructions to ensure the warranty remains valid.
4.2 Liability: Husker Floors is not liable for any damages beyond the scope of the work contracted, including incidental or consequential damages arising from project delays, product defects, or other factors outside our control.
5. Client Responsabilities
5.1 Access to the Property: Clients must ensure that Husker Floors has adequate access to the property where work will be performed. This includes clearing any obstacles and ensuring utilities are available.
5.2 Material Selection: Clients are responsible for selecting materials. Husker Floors can offer recommendations, but final decisions rest with the client.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Husker Floors website, including images, logos, text, and other media, is the intellectual property of Husker Floors unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.

Husker Floors reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
